Marissa Langa
Owner • Medical Aesthetician • Certified Health & Wellness Coach
I’m Marissa Langa, the proud owner of Hidden Springs Wellness & Medical Spa. I bring over 18 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician and more than 16 years as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. My passion lies in helping others feel confident, healthy, and radiant—inside and out.
I began my journey in Westlake Village, California, working alongside renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Kerner, where I gained extensive hands-on experience in advanced medical aesthetics. Today, I work under the supervision of the highly respected Cheryl Fish, FNP-C—an innovative and skilled provider deeply valued by her patients and the community.
My background combines deep clinical expertise with a holistic approach to wellness. As a Certified Health Coach, I specialize in integrating skincare, weight loss, and lifestyle support to help clients achieve long-term health, beauty, and confidence.
Whether you’re looking to restore your glow, age gracefully, or revitalize your overall well-being, I’m here to guide you with compassion and care.
Hidden Springs has been our home for a decade. I’m happily married with two wonderful boys, ages 9 and 11. When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing—both water and snow—traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
At Hidden Springs Wellness & Med Spa, I’ve created a warm, welcoming space where you can relax, feel cared for, and focus on becoming the best version of yourself. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your goals, and building a meaningful, lasting relationship.
Miah Mollay
PA-C
Miah is a Boise native who grew up in the Treasure Valley and attended Boise High School before continuing her soccer career at Arizona State University. She later earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Las Vegas and has spent over nine years practicing medicine across emergency medicine, psychiatry, and aesthetics.
Miah brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care, blending clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others feel confident and their very best.
Outside of the clinic, Miah’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband have one daughter and are excitedly expecting another, along with their two dogs. They love to travel, whether it’s a weekend escape to Sun Valley or an adventure abroad to Australia.
In her free time, you can find Miah watching or playing soccer, spending quality time with loved ones, or unwinding with a good book and a candle glowing nearby.
Kaleigh Shackford
RN • Aesthetic Injector
Kaleigh is a skilled aesthetic injector specializing in natural, refined results that enhance your features—not change them. With a focus on facial balance and subtle rejuvenation, her approach blends medical precision with an artistic eye.
A nurse of 14 years, Kaleigh brings a well-rounded background across multiple areas of healthcare, giving her a strong clinical foundation and a safety-first approach to every treatment.
Aesthetics is where she’s found her true passion, and she loves helping clients feel confident and refreshed. Continued education is one of Kaleigh’s passions, and she enjoys always elevating her craft.

Ashley Cruise
Licensed Esthetician & Brow Expert
Born and raised in Orange County, California, Ashley later made a home on Long Island, New York, where she lived with her husband and three children beginning in 2008. In July 2023, her family relocated to Idaho and quickly fell in love with everything the area has to offer.
Ashley brings more than 20 years of experience to the team at Hidden Springs Wellness & Med Spa. She has held esthetics licenses in California and New York and is now proudly licensed in Idaho.
Her passion lies in creating beautiful, natural-looking brows that enhance each client’s unique features. Ashley believes brows should complement the individual rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing every client to leave feeling polished, confident, and still completely like themselves.
Dedicated to exceptional service and continued education, Ashley regularly trains with leading brow educators from Manhattan, Florida, and Canada. Her advanced education includes courses with Brow Daddy, Anna Platovska, Kler Rosenberg, Shay Danielle, and Eliza Zhadikpur.

Sami Layne
Licensed Nail Technician
Meet Sami, a licensed nail technician with over three years of experience, specializing in natural nail care. She’s passionate about helping clients grow their nails to the perfect length and shape, all while creating a relaxing, personalized experience.
Originally from Oregon, Sami and her little family are making the exciting move to Idaho this November and are thrilled to start this new chapter.
Outside the salon, Sami enjoys spending quality time with her family, hanging out with her dogs, and going on mini adventures.
Sami can’t wait to meet all of you beauties and help your nails look and feel their absolute best.
Vikki Fairchild
Client Care
Originally from Southern California, Vikki relocated to Idaho about four and a half years ago with her husband, her high school sweetheart. Together, they have 25-year-old twins, and she has loved watching them grow into adulthood and pursue their own paths.
Prior to moving, she spent her career teaching first grade, where she was passionate about helping young students learn and develop.
With more time in this new chapter, she has shifted her focus toward health and wellness—especially skincare. She enjoys connecting with people in her community and is dedicated to ensuring every client who walks through the door feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
Jennifer Pickens
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jennifer is a graduate of the Idaho School of Massage Therapy and an Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner. She is passionate about helping clients connect with their bodies and support healing through intentional, intuitive touch.
With a massage style rooted in connection, Jennifer creates a space where clients can notice areas of tightness without judgment, allowing for deeper awareness and release. Her strong foundation in therapeutic massage, paired with her Reiki certification, creates a unique blend of detailed, focused bodywork with energetic awareness.
Jennifer specializes in myofascial release, cupping, and medium-pressure trigger point therapy, complemented by relaxation techniques that support the nervous system. Her work focuses on restorative and integrative healing, with an emphasis on medium pressure rather than full-body deep pressure, offering clients a true reset for both body and mind.
Her approach is intentional, intuitive, and restorative. She takes time to tune into the body’s subtle clues to create a personal experience for each client — whether they are seeking relief from tension, deeper self-awareness, or simple relaxation.

Carey Arnold
Licensed Massage Therapist
Carey Arnold, LMT, is a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with 30 years of clinical expertise specializing in neuromuscular therapy, pain management, and injury recovery.
With experience providing targeted, restorative care in premier settings including St. Luke’s Health System and Hidden Springs Wellness & Med Spa, Carey is known for her personalized approach and ability to support clients through chronic pain, rehabilitation, and overall muscular wellness.
Her treatments are focused, intentional, and designed to help relieve discomfort, improve function, and support the body’s natural healing process.
Outside the clinic, Carey enjoys caring for her fur babies — Joy, Candy, and Loomie — hiking regional trails, and swimming the rivers.
