Gather for a Gentle Pause and Grounding. A tranquil evening to breathe, rest, and return to yourself. 

As a heartfelt thank-you to our community, we invite you to an evening of restoration and calm. Together we’ll breathe, unwind, and ground through gentle breathwork,  soothing sound, and yoga nidra – a serene reset before the holiday season begins. 

During the holidays the best gift we can give is our presence.

What to expect: 

  • Gentle guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, release stored tension and center the mind. 
  • Immersive sound bath using soothing tones and vibrations to support relaxation.
  • Deep Yoga Nidra meditation for nervous system restoration and inner stillness
  • A warm, welcoming space to pause and connect.

Please arrive by 6:00 pm to ensure you have everything set up and ready to go!
